FARMHOUSE with a wonderful view of the Maremma countryside about 15 km from the sea and close to interesting small towns of medieval origins in the province of Grosseto. The property enjoys the proximity of the main communication route. In fact it is very easily reached via the SS1 National Road. Pisa airport is about an hour and a half away by car, while Florence airport is about 160 km away. The City of Grosseto is only 15 minutes away by car. A unique location, right in the center of the Tuscan Maremma, in a place that offers immense privacy and calm. One of the most interesting and beautiful areas of Tuscany, just ten minutes from the splendid southern coast of Tuscany. The receptive structure develops for around 1,045 square meters over the 300 square meters of patio and porch, with a large outdoor swimming pool complete with changing rooms, toilets and a Turkish bath and its own production of wine and oil. There are 3 buildings used for farm activities.
