Location:
The company is located near Castiglione della Pescaia about 1.5 km from the sea in a flat agricultural area. It can be reached very easily by the state road which is connected to a paved farm road. Pisa airport is around 2 hours away by car, while Florence airport is around 190 km away. The City of Grosseto is only 20 minutes away by car.
Buildings:
The company is divided into two parts: a part arranged on 3 levels, completely covered in exposed stone and intended for restaurant use. The building was built with a remarkable level of finish and aesthetic value. In the basement of about 142 square meters there are 6 toilets, food warehouses, technical rooms; on the ground floor, in addition to the large kitchen, there is the dining room for a total of 184 square meters and 2 large porches; On the first floor there is the master apartment of about 180 square meters. All together there is an exclusive courtyard of about 1928 square meters with a wood-fired oven above; a part with exclusively agricultural use of a total of 12 hectares in which the farm house was built and the original tool shed of approximately 156 square meters was preserved. There is a wind pump used for the droplet planting of the olive grove, but also for the transfer of water that is used for geothermal purposes for the heating and air conditioning of buildings.
