The company offers a spectacular view of the Tuscan Maremma countryside and also enjoys the proximity of the main communication routes. In fact it is extremely easy via the SS1 Variante Aurelia Livorno-Grosseto National Road. Pisa airport is about an hour and a half away by car, while Florence airport is about 110 km away. The City of Grosseto is only 50 Km.
Description:
Today the farm is a receptive structure composed of 2 large buildings that develop for about 800 square meters besides the external areas consisting of patio and porch. There is also a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool (16x8) complete with technical rooms and relaxation areas, an outdoor whirlpool, a children's playground, a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven as well as several buildings used as technical rooms / warehouses for the shed of tools and machinery.
